Who We Are and Why We Care

Stand for Justice is a risk management company committed to hold corporations, organizations, and government entities accountable to higher ethical standards for Society’s sake. Serving as an independent conduct risk authority, we provide models which identify harms and solutions which heal them. We give voice and vote to individuals to hold these entities accountable to just and right outcomes.  

At Stand for Justice, our mission is to help military families at risk of losing their homes with solutions which make a difference.  We believe that the sacrifices made by our soldiers should never be forgotten and that they deserve our gratitude and respect.  We work hard to honor, support, and serve our servicemembers and veterans in every way possible to keep their homes.   

The stories of our veterans are powerful and inspiring. We are proud to share their stories and to honor their service and sacrifice. Most of us are family members of soldiers who have served over many generations across the world. We have seen how things work inside government, inside financial institutions, inside law firms, inside the military.  We know things could be better and we are striving to make that happen.  We believe we have found something that matters where we can make a difference today.  There is nothing more rewarding.

Our team brings together amazing people with a heart to help.  We work pro bono bringing together our collective backgrounds and expertise from the military, government, banking, law, technology, AI, and more.  We have developed models which identify the "Elements of Harm"(TM) caused by legal and contractual breaches combined with associated ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and financial risks. Each Element of Harm has unique fines, fees and penalties on top of actual financial harms perpetrated against borrowers.  Our models confirm the harms, calculate the financial impacts, and identify remediation paths at both the individual and aggregate levels.  These aggregate views combined with our risk analytics give us insight into those companies with the most egregious problems.
